John provides high-level legal representation to a wide client base seeking legal counsel on transactional matters.
Prior to forming Pearlman & Tishbi, John was a corporate attorney at the international firm of Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright), where he represented public and private companies, high net-worth individuals, and notable personalities on a wide array of transactions. From inception through closing, John provided valuable guidance on both legal and business terms, as well as on the real life impact of the transactions’ various elements, in helping bring deals to successful conclusions for his clients.
John brings the same level of meticulous care and attention to his practice at our firm, playing a key role in strategizing with his clients, tirelessly and effectively negotiating with third parties, and carefully structuring deals and crafting agreements that both secure the upside for his clients while protecting them from unanticipated risks and consequences. John considers his clients as his friends, and provides them with legal service with a human element that puts them and their needs first, resulting in long-lasting and mutually-valued representations.
